User registration

1. All user registrations are handled by the system.

2. Ability to add extra informational fields needed at registration from an easy to use administrator interface.

3. Full handling of lost password by sending email to the user with password using the email they entered at registration.

4. All users data is stored in a database, but custom authentication can be performed by LDAP or plug-ins using the application API.

5. Ability to easy set scripts to be run on user registration for easier integration of third party solutions.

6. Admin has the ability to view user registration data and profiles and change them.

7. Admin can create user registration reports using SQL module integrated in the system.

Group management.

1. Admins have the power to edit and change any part of the system.

2. Content managers can change only content they are assigned to.

3. Style managers ( or designers ) can only change the design of the sites or only parts of it without the ability of changing content.

4. Special IP group: A special group that comes from your IP range can be assigned extra access to certain areas that other users ( those that do not use your dialup for example will not be allowed to see or use parts of the portal.

5. Registered users group allows you to set certain services that can only be accessed if a user is registered.

6. Admin definable groups and groups of groups.
